Design Options

At ShutterWise we appreciate that not everyone’s tastes are the same and different window types require specific frames.  Our shutter frames are available in a range of different styles. Your shutters will be fitted in one of three ways:

• Inside recess
• Edge of recess
• Outside recess

Our team will be able to advise on options and limitations at the sales or survey appointment.

We offer a choice of 5 different louvre sizes as well as both flat and elliptical louvres from 47mm to 114mm.  Our shutter panels can be configured with either centre or offset tilt rods or a hidden rod.

All our shutter hinges are enamel coated as opposed to painted, which means that they are more hardwearing and less likely to chip and loose their coating.

Our hinges are available in 10 finishes: Antigue brass, Bright brass, Black, Nickel plated, Stainless steel, Brushed nickel planted, White, Pearl, Bisque and Sea mist.

There is a supplement charged for the Nickel plated, brushed and stainless-steel hinges.

Roof catches, handles, ring pulls, and security bolts can also be fitted to all of our shutters.

This new, fully integrated upgrade option ensures that the louvres close automatically by pulling the ring-pull. It is available in all our hardwood materials and is ideal for bi-fold tracks or multi-fold configurations.
