Excellent service from start to finish. Very pleased with the new shutters. Arrangements made through Melissa were easy, quote was properly detailed, and questions/clarifications were quickly and courteously handled. Alan was tidy, friendly and efficient when doing the work. One big advantage for me was that Shutterwise worked closely with Sashwise, which made it easy to arrange for some existing shutters to be removed and refitted as part of the sash windows work I had done by Sashwise. Other sash windows companies I approached refused to remove the existing shutters for ‘insurance’ reasons!
