ShutterWise are a great local company in Hampton. I'd highly recommend them, they are competitive in price and the product is really good quality. Melissa was so helpful in sharing the different types of shutters and recommending the best type for our rooms. She was always available and responsive. Then we had a visit from Alan to get precise measurements to place our order. Once ordered we waited about 3 months and they were fitted by Alan who was brilliant and they were fitted to precision. We had shutters fitted to our front bay window. Great service from start to finish. Melissa gave us good advice when she visited our home and we felt we were in good hands. Alan carefully surveyed the job and then came back to install them, he had an eye for detail and made sure the finish was perfect.

We are very pleased with the shutters in our front room. They look good, much smarter than curtains, and we like the privacy they give to the room. Melissa has been helpful and responsive throughout and Alan is an excellent fitter. A very small adjustment was needed for one of the shutters after fitting and this was dealt with promptly. I had a couple of people come out to discuss shutters for my lounge and front bedroom. Melissa was simply the best at breaking down the various options and she covered off extras that the other hadn't even mentioned e.g. I have blackout blinds behind the shutters in the bedroom which is a godsend! Shutters arrived within the timescale Melissa suggested and she was very patient with waiting for installation whilst I had some decorating works done. We received three quotes to supply and fit our shutters, two from multinationals and one from a local company, ShutterWise. We found Melissa more in tune to our needs and her quote was more competitive than the other two so we placed the order with her. Delivery was well within the quoted time and Alan, ShutterWise's fitter arrived on time and the shutters were fitted with no mess whatsoever. Needless to say we are very satisfied with the results and highly recommend them to other prospective clients.

Melissa responded quickly to my request for a quote and also returned when I asked for an additional window to be quoted for. Alan did an excellent job measuring up and installing the shutters leaving everything neat and tidy. Am delighted with the amount of additional light I can now enjoy in each room.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very pleased with the new shutters. Arrangements made through Melissa were easy, quote was properly detailed, and questions/clarifications were quickly and courteously handled. Alan was tidy, friendly and efficient when doing the work. One big advantage for me was that Shutterwise worked closely with Sashwise, which made it easy to arrange for some existing shutters to be removed and refitted as part of the sash windows work I had done by Sashwise. Other sash windows companies I approached refused to remove the existing shutters for 'insurance' reasons!

She always answered the phone promptly and all visits were made soon afterwards. Every step of the process was carefully explained and a timetable set and adhered to. I am very pleased with the shutters and the fit is perfect. No mess whatsoever. The wait period for me was between 8-10 weeks which suited me as deposit was paid and balance due on fit day which is good if your saving for the cost. Also I felt the cost was very reasonable compared to other shutter company's. I would use ShutterWise again.
